The Italian language school Centro Machiavelli is located in the historic centre of Florence. Focusing on creating a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, the school offers a variety of high-quality Italian language courses throughout the year at all levels. The structure and the contents of the programmes for the levels are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Our teaching staff is carefully selected, highly trained and periodically updated. All the educators have years of experience which allow them to optimally deal with students of different ages, cultural backgrounds and motivations. Our teachers are able to turn multicultural classes into intercultural ones, while at the same time they having a role as entertainer, consultant and linguistic facilitator.

Our lodging service offers various options for accommodation for the duration of the course.
Single or double rooms with use of the kitchen or half board (breakfast and dinner).
The apartments are occupied by either families, single people, or foreign students and are homeshare situations. All apartments are in the centre within walking distance from the school.
The rooms are not all the same but they are all functional and clean.

The school is located in the historic centre of Florence, in Oltrarno, in one of the city’s most charming districts: San Niccolò. A district far from mass tourism, all to be experienced. The school, housed in a historical building, has spacious classrooms and a terrace overlooking the river from which one can admire Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and other monuments.
